All trash must be out by 7:00AM on your collection day or placed out the night before. Our routes are continually growing and changing so the actual time your address will be serviced may be different from week to week making it a good idea to get it out on time.

Holiday Schedule

Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, & New Year’s Day

3C Disposal only observes these 3 holidays. Following each service holiday, service will be delayed by one day for the rest of the week.

Loose Debris

All trash must be enclosed in TIED plastic bags. Flatten large boxes, secure together, and place next to your container. Please do not put loose debris in your container(s).

Weight Limits

Please ensure that each bagged item weighs no more than 35 lbs. Service is for normal household waste only and basic price is based on 120 gallons per week.


Residential customers are placed on a quarterly billing cycle (once every three months). Service is billed in advance and must be paid in advance of your service. Statements are mailed 2 weeks prior to the quarter ending and is considered late if not received by the 10th of the month. A $5.00 late fee will be assessed if payment is not received by the 10th of the month. Residential service is for one (1) household only. Sharing of service is not allowed.

NSF Checks

A fee of $25.00 will be assessed on all checks returned Non-Sufficient Funds and, following a NSF check, only cash and money orders will be accepted. Declined and/or expired credit cards will be charged a $5.00 re-processing fee.

Lawn Debris

All lawn clippings should be bagged and weigh no more than 35lbs per bag; limited to four (4) bags per month. Overage will be billed at $1.00 per bag and will be reflected on the next quarters bill. Limbs & brush must be tied in bundles no larger than 6 inches in diameter, no longer than 48 inches in length & no heavier than 35 lbs. per bundle.


All needles must be disposed in a container with a lid for our safety.


Containers provided with service are property of 3C Disposal. All replacement containers will be charged at $75 for 64 gallon size and $100 for 96 gallon.

Items not collected

Including, but not limited to: hazardous waste, roofing material, construction or remodeling done by a contractor, dirt, rock, concrete, hot ashes, tires, batteries, liquid paint, motor oil, solvents, pool chemicals, refrigerant appliances, toxic waste or volatile material, iron and lumber that may damage equipment.

Recycling Service

For the neighborhoods of Bentwood, Hidden Springs, King Oaks, Meadow Creek, Millican Reserve, Nantucket, Peach Crossing, Saddle Creek, and Sendera Estates:  If you want to recycle, please place your recyclables (in clear plastic bags) out by your container by 7:00 AM every week on your pickup day.
